
Fredrick has passion for promoting the well-being of humanity especially children and enjoys
championing professionalizing childcare in his country Uganda. He is a researcher, mentor, trainer, and child development specialist. He has 30 years of experience in program evaluation and management.
Fredrick worked as a Program Director with Compassion International for 17 years.
He is involved in governance with a number of organizations as the chairman of Water School Uganda and Board Chair Children at Risk National Collaboration (CARNAC), a member of board of Global
hands of Hope, Director for Life Song Uganda, former Board Member World Vision Uganda and Child Evangelism Fellowship. He is happily married to Christine who is a medical doctor and is blessed with two daughters.
Fredrick has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Social Administration and two Masters’ degrees in Child Development and Social Sector Planning and Management. He championed starting professional courses in training children and youth workers both in informal and formal training at Uganda Christian University, his current work station.
