TCI is a registered Christian Organization. We are a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that is both Non-denominational and International, currently operating in three counties: – Meru, Nakuru and Nyamira.
We acknowledge the supremacy of God over all creation and appreciate the fact that God created all people unique and for a particular purpose. In partnership with churches, schools and other organizations, we advocate for the rights of every child to get equal opportunity to discover and develop their God given potential, talents
and ministries. We join hands with all people of good will to invest in children today for a better church and society tomorrow.
Our Strategic Objectives;
Awareness Creation
To create awareness for discovery and development of children’s talents through education, development of information and communication materials
Talent Development
To identify and develop children’s talents from the age of 2-17 years within churches, schools and other
organizations
Children Rights Advocacy
To advocate for children’s right to develop their talents through networking and mutual partnerships
Resource Mobilization
To do resource mobilization for purposes of children’s talent development, through sponsorship, income
generating activities and leadership programs
Institution Development
To develop a sustainable institution for nurturing children’s talents, child evangelism, discipleship, and
training of Christian Child Development workers.
