Leadership Development Programs
In partnership with other organizations, Talento trains Children Ministry workers in Child Evangelism and Discipleship as well as Nature of Children’s Talents. The children undergo leadership training programs through Mentorship, Apprenticeship, Motivational speakers’ visits, Exchange programs and monitoring of their academic progress.
Community Development and Entrepreneurship
On:
Health and environment issues, water and sanitation, food security, vocational training, children libraries, publishing, marketing and distribution of children’s literature, music, movies, and any other kind of art for talent promotion
Life Skills Education
Through: Bible clubs, games, role plays, interactive exercises, Career guidance, fashion shows, exhibitions, tournaments, debates and drama.
Conduct tailor made courses in:-
Child Development, Children and Youth Ministry, Talent Scouting and Development, Role of the Church in Child Development, Health and Wholeness, Children and Arts, Child Counseling, Children and Legal Matters, and Entrepreneurship.
